This place used to be OK but now a total rip off for the quality of food and service you get for their inflated price. I ordered a hot red bean soup (with taro balls, taro and boba - item B) and it was an underwhelming bowl of disappointment. The red bean “soup” turned out to be a red bean flavored sugar water (I’m sorry, calling this a ‘soup’ is seriously an overstatement considering how watered down it was) with a mere 2 pieces of small cooked taro and few bobas. Umm $10+ for this?! I understand things dont always look like the photos but this one was just awful.. lacking in taste AND in quantity. (I realized that someone below also left a similar disappointing review as me)To make matter worse, I immediately noticed that my bowl was missing taro balls** and after checking the menu twice, I walked up to the side counter to ask the staff and she carelessly handed me a styrofoam bowl with 6 small taro balls. No acknowledgment , apologies or anything. If you don’t pay attention to what you ordered, you might just end up with a wrong order or an incomplete bowl in which you fully paid for. Please train your staff better.I want to support local asian businesses but Meet Fresh Plano is no longer one of them due to their lacking quality + service…

Hibe

I go here every week to buy desserts! I bought four desserts today! I asked the shop assistant boy for a milk companion and he asked me to pay 0.25 for one! Not even before! This shop assistant's attitude is also not good!

I can’t stop thinking about how tasty Meet Fresh is and want to go back. It was our first time trying Taiwanese dessert and the kids loved it too. Service was great as soon as we walked into the place and the food was amazing. Highly recommend.

I have always come here to order the same dessert, but in the past month, I’ve noticed a downgrade in the quality and customer service.I ordered the Hot Red Bean Soup Signature. While I was ordering, I asked if I could put in my number for the points and the cashier rudely gave me the screen so I can enter my phone #.Even though I put in the number, the points did not transfer. (Cashier code : 6991, in case the owner wants to check who he is)I decided to leave it be, but when I got my dessert, I was very disappointed. The presentation was completely different than what was shown on the menu. It looked very sloppy and there was more soup than toppings. For something that costed $8.75, you’d think it’d be better. When brought this up at the counter, the girl mockingly told me that that’s the way it was served. As someone who had been frequenting this establishment for a couple of years, my experiences this past month have been incredibly disappointing. From running out of ingredients to make a bubble waffle, long waits, a decrease in quality, and poor customer service, I’ve decided to stop coming here.TO THE OWNER : Please hire someone who has courtesy to the customers, not an arrogant boy and arrogant girl that served me today .!!!

Had the icy grass jelly signature, the food is really good, also the icy taro ball signature. The workers are so nice to remind us the allergies. The environment is nice as well! Nice place, come and try!

Apparently this is a very popular place for those in the area that know about it. The place isn't terribly big but there is a decent amount of sitting. If traffic moves at a respectable pace for those coming in, you should be able to find seating. They were very busy behind the counter as there was a steady and busy stream of customers coming in. There wasn't anyone cleaning tables as they were all doing something in order prep. I do feel it would be a good idea to figure out the cleaning process as drinks and deserts were spilled on tables and was not pleasant to not be able to put our drinks and things on our table because it was so sticky. They have a pretty big menu of unique items I personally have never heard of or tried, outside of the teas. I asked about a couple items and the kind young lady at the register explained it to me and then offered me a small sample as I was paying for my order. They do a order number call but are not very loud when they do this so you have to pay attention. It makes it a bit harder to understand as they are all wearing masks as well. The mask wearing is not a bad thing, just makes it difficult to hear and understand order number call outs.It was very busy on this day as there was a festival going on in the parking lot, or maybe it's often like this on weekends. It's in a shopping center with several Chinese restaurants and desert shops. I would be interested in coming back and trying other places and foods.

Just okay. I lived in Los Angeles for many years and often ate at the branches in the area. Comparatively, this branch seems to skimp on ingredients/toppings. We ordered a hot red bean dessert. Not only was it extremely watered down to the point where it tasted like barely sweet boiled red bean water, we only got 2 sesame rice balls and like 5 regular rice balls—pretty disappointed after our first visit. Will come back again to try the cold dessert when it's warmer.

Open the tea experience until a delicious evening is good if you have a chance to eat again.

ORDERMangoberry Milk Shaved IceCrystal Mochi Milk Shaved IceOverall pretty good though a bit bland. I will say the toppings are amazing! All the toppings: Crystal Mochi, Rice Balls, Melon Jelly were all very chewy which was so yummy. I also got the side with Boba and rice balls. All the toppings are so good and absolutely love the consistency. The mangoes and strawberries were very fresh and spread evenly throughout the dish. Wish there was a bit more milk based flavor because was a little bit on the blander side throughout, but other than that pretty good!VIBESGreat place to hangout and catch up with friends over some dessert. Lots of space. Seating ranges from booth to table. I would say probably also great for studying too!SERVICEService was great! The person at the register helped with recommendations and they clearly indicate allergens on the menu which is very helpful for someone like me who has lots of allergies. Everything came out pretty quickly too!
