Great food!! I had the taco salad and it was very yummy and the menu has a lot of traditional authentic Mexican dishes as well as more Tex- Mex options. The service was so kind and the agua frescas are fresh and the most delicious refreshing drinks!

I went here last Saturday, this my probably some of the best fajitas here in DFW. The agua Fresca was probably the best as well, and it wasn’t too sweet like most that you buy. I definitely will be coming back!!!! Definitely would recommend if you are looking for great Mexican/Tex-Mex in the DFW area.

Juan Carlos, the person who was in charge of welcoming us, taking us to our table and serving us, the best! Very friendly. And about the food, I recommend it. I ordered some enchiladas with different sauces, they were delicious. We also wanted some chilaquiles and they weren't on the menu, so they took the time to prepare them. They were very good. Without a doubt, I will return. ?

We have been coming here for years and love it. With the new management, the prices are lower and the quality of the chicken is even better than it already was. Their margaritas are the best around!

The fajitas are awesome. I love them with caramelized onions.
New owners have worked hard to freshen up the place.

Visited Hermano's today and actually had the opportunity to meet the new owner, Arturo. The food was excellent, fresh and flavorful! The prices have been reduced and trust me you'll get more than enough food to fill you up. So much so that I forgot to take a picture of our food (Chicken Flautas and Fish Tacos). But here's a pic of some of the Hermano's team....make sure to say Hi when you stop by!

I sat at the bar as I was alone, bartender (Jose) just asked a simple question: “ have you been here before “. This started a conversation off and on for my duration at the establishment . He recommended the margarita, which was awesome. Then he recommended the food ( more awsome, steak street tacos). I enjoy good Mexican food and this met my standards and the service was as great as the food. Thank you Jose, I will be back with friends next time!! Any manager should hire someone like Jose.

New name, new menu, not the same quality food. We were even given dirty plates for our flour tortilias. Severe cramps the next morning, had to take day off work.

The old Mexi-Go was excellent. It was recently bought out buy Hermano's. We talked to one of the new owners who stated they wouldn't be changing anything on the menu....as they brought me a margarita that was nothing like the old ones. But we gave it the benefit of the doubt. Went back today for lunch and noticed a lot of changes. One being the chicken tortilla soup. The old version was packed with shredded chicken. The new...can see the cheaping out already. Barely any chicken...not much flavor and it had big chunks of potato in it. Excuse me....NO. not in tortilla soup. I see it going downhill and losing customers in droves. Too bad. Mexi-Go had been in Allen for many many years. I may give it one more chance, but likely will be done..

Love the new owners and the refreshed recipe for the margaritas and tortilla soup. Obsessed with queso blanco and the Alambres Nortenos. Many classics stayed the same but definitely a nice and needed change. Very clean and friendly. Let’s support local ?
