I had a great time at Mexican Sugar in Plano. Ambiance is quieter in the back portion of the restaurant. Bar seating is very ample, but can get crowded and noiser in the evening. Service was wonderful. John R was our waiter. We let him know it was our first time. He walked us through the menu. He was very kind and attentive. I loved that he asked us for our feedback on the food. BTW, if you make a reservation on Open Table, your wait time is almost non existent. This was my experience...
The staff and management are so friendly and have a great atmosphere. Arnold is friendly and very attentive. they have the best wait staff Jameson and Andy. will definitly be back.
Absolutely will be coming back again! The food is amazing! Brooke was very attentive at the bar. Nelly the manager asked how everything is and how I was doing! The staff is so friendly- both professional and personable. I will for sure be coming back. :)
