MOOYAH Burgers, Fries & Shakes

Really frustrated because they forgot our fries which were supposed to come with the combo meal. They stapled the bag shut so did not find out until we got home. Mooyah is not cheap. Also, burgers were kind of cold. Not impressed.

My question is, why do they have a phone number if they never answer it?

The grubhub prices are nonsense.
$19.20 for a cheddar bacon BBQ burger combo and $16.59 for a Mooyah cheeseburger combo.
At this price range, I was expecting something that would be greatly superior than what I received. The pictures are very deceiving.

They don’t respond nor answer the phone, food looks nothing like them pictures we see, they don’t cook the fries all the way the half cooked and soggy and we requested for them to be fully cooked, was missing my kids meal juice, as well as a burger and had another burger that was made incorrectly. We won’t be returning to any of the mooyah locations bad service all around not worth the price definitely asking for a full refund .

Mooyah Burgers are very Delicious and the Customer Service is always excellent. Bring your Family and Friends you will not be disappointed. My Favorite Mooyah is At Preston and Parker Rd. Keep up the Good Work in 2025 and Beyond .

I met someone here for lunch today, first time in a Mooyah. Someone even asked if I wanted a water while I waited. Above and beyond for fast food, that's for sure. Reminded me a lot of In-N-Out Burger. Food was also really good. Absolutely 10/10. Cannot think of one thing I'd like to see change.

Not worth the money. Fries were soggy and burgers were cold when it was served to us. I thought they were made to order? Too expensive.

We wanted to try something new and saw this place on the maps and wanted to try it out. For a Saturday afternoon it was very nice and calm which we loved to get away from the choas outside. Burgers were absolutely delicious and not a complete mess. Will definitely come again when back in town.

Ordered a BYO Double Burger (bacon, avocado, mushrooms, fried onions, mooyah sauce, and bbq sauce), Personal Hand-Cut Fries, and a Little Burger Kid's Meal (ketchup, mayo, and mustard; w/fries and a shake). Order was completely messed up.

The BYO burger only came with a single patty, and had ketchup and mustard instead of the requested sauces (also did not come with any bacon). Still had the avacodo, mushrooms, and fried onions as requested.

The Little Kid's burger came with 2 patties instead of 1, and had the mooyah sauce and bbq sauce instead of ketchup, mustard, and mayo.

And there was a complete lack of Personal Hand-Cut fries. Only the kids meal came with fries.

The only salvagable part of the entire order was the shake. Completely disappointed with this order; made an already bad day even worse with a poor lunch. Never had this kind of issue with MooYah at any of the other locations before.

Second time I ordered take out and got home to find missing item that I was charged for and called the restaurant back but no one answered.

I hope the store can keep the employees that they make the restaurant feel like home and welcome ! This means a lot to me because this type of customer service says a lot about how they train the employees in this store! The burgers 100/100 and the sweet potatoes are the best! Thank you so much!
