Got a Black Forest cake for my birthday and found out no cherries inside the cake, only 8 cherries on top, very disappointed! It is more like a chocolate cake now without the cherries inside. Moreover, the cashier in that bakery store is discourteous. Don't think I will go back to that store again! :(

I love the quality of their bread and pastries! I usually get things to go because the place doesn’t really have any vibe to sit down and enjoy the items. They have tables and chairs but it’s basic. For the price of the items, a nice vibe would be welcomed and recommended.

The tiramisu was just about okay, the Black Forest pastry was decent. At $6.50 for each, I expected a top-notch pastry. They were good but nothing to drive all the way for.The Costco tiramisu is tastier.Service was okay, my kid wanted to eat the pastry right there but the lady at the counter boxed it up before I could tell her that.After reading some stellar reviews, I might give the place another chance and try some other savory eats too.

Purchased a beautiful but tasteless chocolate strawberry birthday cake for my mother's birthday. Very disappointed having spent $38 on a cake nobody enjoyed. No discernable chocolate flavor and a barely flavored strawberry icing. I couldn't ask questions since the gal serving me did not speak English. No website for contacting anyone about my disappointment.

On Christmas Eve, I went to acquire some food, but unfortunately, the woman at the front desk treated me rudely due to color. Her behavior was discriminatory, and she raised her voice, insisting I refrain from handling the items I provided for packing. Such incidents should not occur during Christmas, a time associated with the birth of Jesus, symbolizing enlightenment and goodwill. It was a disheartening experience.

Stopped in at 8:15 pm. They close at 9. I walk up to the display case to see what they have, the lady starts pulling them out of the case to put in the bin to go back into the cooler. How the heck am I supposed to see what you have when you are pulling them out at lightning speed. The other lady asks "can I help you". Ummm no I guess not because I cannot even see what you have. She simply said Okay.How are you going to sell items to pay for the store if you make it impossible to purchase well within the posted hours. If it was 8:50, I could see pulling them. Destined to fail based on customer service alone.

I have very low standards with baked goods, and I was disappointed. The cake was overpriced and was oily, it was just...gross. Service was awful, I didn't even finish checking out and the cashier already walked away. To summarize: gross food, overpriced, awful service.
