I had eaten at this restaurant several times before with my husband and we thought it was good. Btw, It was always freezing in there even during the winter. Anyway, the Ninja Lover poke bowl that my husband ordered (To-go) for me earlier today tasted horrible! I felt like vomiting. After I dove in, I immediately noticed the salmon and tuna tasted a little funny, but I just kept eating because I thought it wasn't a big deal. Then, when I had eaten probably less than half of the poke bowl, the salmon and tuna tasted so rotten and horrible that I spat it out and felt queasy afterwards. I'm very upset because raw fish needs to be prepared accordingly since it has bacteria like H.pylori (which I've already had), I hope I don't get it again. Last but not least, the brown rice was slimy. I'm very disappointed and also concerned about my stomach. I forgot to take a picture because I was so angry that I just threw the food right away. I'm done with this restaurant!

This was oir first time here. We came in for lunch after church. We ordered a ramen and a poke bowl. Our waitress brought out the poke bowl immediately but had to wait for the ramen. It's just odd to get one fish way ahead of the other order. So, I waited for my wife's ramen to come. Once it came, we had to ask for our drinks that hadn't come yet. This place wasn't busy at all. When we finished we had to wait for our check. There were no customers at all when we checked out at 1pm. The ramen was okay but my wife said the noodles were sticking together which means they weren't freshly boiled. My poke was hmm...it came with brown rice and although healthier, not my taste. For ramen, we love Hakata ramen.

First time having ramen at a restaurant. The food was really good. Service was good and friendly. I didn't like that half the food was served in to go plates/bowls. The place also wasn't very cozy, minor things. The only thing that put me off was the bad smell when walking in. Been around many restaurant builds, this is not the restaurant's fault. It's an old building that needs to overhaul the plumbing. Once at our table the smell got a little better.

Wow the chasu bun really impressed me, I am very picky ramen fan and always compare to real Japanese ramen. This place is hands down comparable, plus service is great, and great food. If you Iike your rice sweeter in taste you can order the rice bowl, however I’m not a fan. I would highly recommend this place and be back to try other food on their menu.

I always order the Kimchi Pork Don and substitute the rice for noodles!!! It's sooo good, I haven't tried anything else! Delicious!!! I visit at least once a week!!!

I got the vegetarian ramen. Broth was good, loved the shitake mushrooms and the corn. Was a little thrown off why they had avocado and tomatoes in the ramen, but hey who am I to judge. Its probably a big hit. I asked for the tomatoes to be omitted due to personal preference. I ordered the popcorn chicken and the vegetable gyoza. Both were delicious!! I loved the dipping sauce for the gyoza!

Food is decent, but the place needs major cleaning.. Floors are super sticky and dirty.. Especially near the wall side and counter..

Flavors are good but ingredient quality is reflected in the attractive prices. Will go again, but closer to fast food than fast casual.

The sulfur smell in this building is disgusting and pervasive. It’s been going on for at least 9 months. Taste and smell are closely related - This smell ruins the entire experience, making their food taste absolutely foul, just by nature of the odor surrounding it. What’s sad is that the food might actually be alright, and I’ve heard rare reports of it actually being really good when the smell isn’t there, but I would never know since I’ve only ever been there when it smelled.

The food and the service here are amazing! Everything is so fresh and flavorful. I'm a regular as long as I'm in this area!

I consider myself a ramen connoisseur and this just didn't do it for me. The broth is everything in a bowl of ramen and this didn't taste like any care was given to making it. More like an out of the can version of ramen broth.

Omg. The worst discussing food. The place is empty for a reason. The food is all premade frozen and get deep fried right before you order. It is all too salty and has discussing taste to it. Do not go. So unhealthy and just gross. You can buy better staff at the local freezer section at out grocer. This was the worst. And the place is not clean. My shoes kept sticking to the floor the whole time I was there

Came here a while back, it was decent, I'd say food is 3.5 stars, but rounding down because of similar complaints others have noted. The sulfur smell is strong when you first walk in. It wasn't terrible, but definitely not pleasant. But once seated, I didn't smell it anymore, so maybe only by the entrance/counter?Also, the floor was sticky, like they never mopped. Maybe because they're short staffed, don't know. But unpleasant.Service was a little slow, only one server, but I think tons of restaurants are low on workers these days. Not intolerable. We ordered some edamame, and they gave a huge portion compared to what you'd get at other restaurants. But the actual ramen bowls didn't seem any larger than normal. The flavor and ingredients were decent but not outstanding. My wife thought it was sub-par compared to other places. Her taste buds are more discerning than mine, so even though I wouldn't mind eating here again, I have no compelling reason to do so.
