Came in no acknowledgment, no eye contact from the workers. When the guy prepping sushi finally looked up i smile and wave he looked at me and kept working. Smh service here sucks!

This review is for bubble tea only - the bubble tea was super watered down with almost no flavor, I do not recommend.

We have now had both take out and in person dining, we can confidently state this place serves absolutely amazing and consistent food. We are blown away. The udon was amazing, sushi has been absolutely delicious, and now the fried rice has blown me away. The location was clean, relaxing, and enjoyable. The takeout was organized and perfect. This is now an absolute staple to our rotation of restaurants. Oki Japanese Grill has been absolutely refreshing after we have struggled to find a place that serves the quality I crave in sushi specifically. Thank you guys so much, we are huge fans!

So this is my first time coming here and I'm literally sitting in front of the door because I did not understand how I got 3 different orders, but they look similar when he was making it so when I try to get further clarification, the woman who was working here literally in my face rolled her eyes and huffed and puffed like I was causing her to go too far out of her way.There's no way in this day and age.I'm gonna spend almost forty dollars worth of sushi just to get an attitude for clarification. Won't be back here.

Food was tasty but could've used a bit more protein, not too bad for the price. You order from a kiosk, the lowest tip amount is 15%. But at the end they expect you to put up your own dishes also. Who we tipping???
