OMG, the smoothie machine from hell! I love Original Chop Shop's food, and it's normally a great place to meet friends for lunch. But the new smoothie maker was ear-splitting! Every five minutes, they'd fire that thing up, and all conversation in the whole restaurant had to stop. It was hurting my ears, too. I feel sorry for the poor employees who will have to hear it every day until they lose their hearing. And they just kept making smoothies! What a miserable experience...read full review
I ordered a salad only to find they do not accept cash leaving me unable to pay since I do not use credit cards (except for business expenses). I can’t support a restaurant that doesn’t accept cash. I went to Snappy Salads afterwards and had a delicious salad paid for with a crisp Andrew Jackson.
