After placing an order at the self serve POS for squash soup with no pumpkin seeds plus other items, moved to get our cups. Four employees came up from the back to assist one person at the counter ahead of us. They realized he was there for a pickup order, they all went back into the kitchen. They completely ignored me and my husband though they all saw us. Finally one came back a few minutes later to give us our cups. When the order came, the soup still came with pumpkin seeds....

Panera has always been one of my favorite lunch spots. I love the salads and sandwiches! This time I tries the black bean soup. It was really good. It would have been even better with some fresh cilantro and white onions.

I have ordered cinnamon roll + Italian sandwich and they gave me side of slide of bread which was odd.
Cinnamon roll was good, it just had very odd lemony after taste which does not compliment it

Sandwich: slice of bread on the side was super old like its sides hardened. Also since service person offered that side I suspect he charged me for pick 2 option where half of sandwich comes with side. I was clear I just want half of sandwich.
