We hadn’t ordered papa John’s in at least 5 years so tonight, We ordered through the app for pick up to try it again. When we checked the status to see if I needed to leave to pick up, it said “picked up”. My husband called up there to make sure it wasn’t actually picked up by someone else. Pizza’s burnt, cardboard. Had a bite taken out of the crust.
I ordered from this Papa John’s, and they forgot the sauces that I ordered for my food. I even asked the delivery driver if they were in the box, and she said that they were. Matt, the manager on duty told me that it was the busiest day of the year(Halloween), so he wouldn’t send anyone back to bring the sauces. They refunded my money, but truly it’s not about the money.
