Drip

12 or 16 oz cold brew coffee concentrate, freshly brewed over 24 hours, and can be optionally modified with syrups or alternative milks.

Espresso with water. Can be iced, optional modification with alternative milks or flavored syrups.
Cortado
Equal parts espresso and wet steamed milk.

Delicious 2 oz espresso shot with our Gaitana roast, a Colombian espresso with notes of chocolate.
Cappuccino
8 oz drink with espresso and foamed milk. Can be optionally modified with alternative milks or flavored syrups.
Flat White
8 oz espresso drink with latte foamed milk. Can be optionally modified with alternative milks, or flavored syrups.
Mocha
Chocolate syrup, espresso, and steamed milk. Can be served cold with ice. Can be modified with alternative milks, and can be modified with flavored syrups.

Equal parts espresso and foamed steamed milk.

Sunshine in a Cup
Our pax creation, espresso, steamed milk, with lavender, vanilla, and fresh lemon peel, literally Sunshine in a Cup, can be hot or iced, and can be modified with alternative milks.
Zahr Latte
Tastes like baklava in a cup, latte with our in house-made zahr syrup, orange blossom, cardamom, and pistachio. Can be 12 or 16 oz, and can be modified with alternative milks.

Tea
Chai Latte
Spiced tea concentrate with milk, can be hot or iced, can be optionally modified with alternative milks, flavored syrups, espresso can be added, and comes in 12 or 16 oz options.
Matcha
Ceremonial grade matcha with milk, can be hot or iced, can be modified with syrups or alternative milks.
London Fog

The Plano location is now one of my all time favorite shops of all time. I came in on a Wednesday morning and was immediately greeted by the entire staff despite it being my first time.

I have found the staff, the drink? And the experience so much more comfortable and at home versus the Irving location. I have never walked into a coffee shop and have felt welcomed immediately the way that I did. I definitely plan on becoming a regular moving forward just so...

This is literally the best location. I come here all of the time and the customer service is amazing. My favorite drink of all time is the Trinity with oat milk, and the empanadas are also great. I love the baristas here, they always greet me and give the BEST customer service.

We visited Pax & Beneficia with a partner popup for Art Algebra! We loved the Parle-G Latte & Spanish Latte. Plenty of seating, lots of great specials and signage. I wasn’t able to try the food but the menu looked great!
