The drink was forgotten so the guy had to go back to the store and come back 30mins later (he was nice about it, but it's still inconvenient), the wings were wet (not sauce-y, but actually wet, like the sauce was watered down), and the pizza wasnt that good. It just didnt have a ton of flavor. It's been a while since we've had Pizza Hut, and will probably be another *long* while before we order again.Only giving 2 stars cuz the delivery guy was nice and he came back with the drink.

Monday January 2024 - Pizza Hut on 2119 Parker in Plano 75023 - getting slammed but pushing those Pizzas out.Had good experience after trying to order a pizza for take out on their main customer service number - not so good there but when I got to the Plano Pizza Hut /Plano 75023 direct number and talked to Roger - good things happened -Even after been short on help and being slammed on a cold icy evening in Plano - him team was doing all they could to take care of their customer. My order was a take out order - son picking up. Roger did all he could to take care of me on my phone order - even with his card payment system not igoing well.Thanks a bunch for you customer service Roder and thanks to your lady at the oven pushing out my supper supreme pizza.Always been happy with this Pizza Hut location on Parker Road Plano Texas 75023.Will leaving a bigger better tip next time I get a take out pizza there and a big thank you.Thanks - Pizza was real good on this icy cold January night.

No pizza beats Pizza Hut. They make excellent pizza, deliver it quite fast, and have never messed up our orders. We've been going there for over 35 yrs. Atmosphere I gave 3 stars because the place is nice and decent, but it's not a restaurant, it's only a delivery place... so can't say one way or another in terms of sit-down restaurant as it doesn't really have an 'atmosphere'. We usually get their specials, so the pricing is fair - especially considering I pay the same amount for a frozen pizza at Walmart. This is 100,000% better than frozen!
