Pluckers is always a hit for sports. We went with a friend who’s a big basketball fan to watch March Madness. He always has the $5 wing coupons from Mavs games for Pluckers - smart partnership!I got the boneless basket, I wish they just had 5 boneless instead of a whole basket like the bone-in wings.I got the spicy ranch flavor - I love dry rubs. I got the sweet potato fries and my friend got regular and they accidentally put the spicy ranch seasoning on it which I didn’t know you could do.We also got the mozzarella sticks - which were HUGE.

Really enjoyed it here Lemon pepper wings were amazing and tea!! My boys couldn't finish their meals... Came back again service was fast and they compensate when the order was not correct they really take care of you!

Slow service. My wife and I were being ignored by the service team at the bar. Everybody else around us was being served. Had to keep flagging down staff to get any service. Wings had little sauce on them but didn't bother the staff about it due to getting tired of trying to call somebody at this point.

We arrived before the dinner rush started . But apparently the server forgot to put out order in or I don’t know what happened but everyone and I mean even big party’s got this food first even though we had arrived FIRST we order some 15 wings and some chicken bites that was it and that took them almost 2 hours ! Horrible service!

Second time in a row where the service was just disappointing.. ordered appetizers never arrived, food was cold and took well over 40 mins. Avoid this location if you can.

Food was okay got my appetizer after entree and had to reorder drink order . Holy Mac will forever be a must a pluckers this time wasn’t a fan usually I get crispy holy Mac this time it was a bit soggy . And fries were cold .We had brought our dog since there is outside patio and the weather is beautiful 67* and we were told patio was closed and no server they allowed the dog inside which and we start seeing people sit in the patio and ask they said they just were sitting no service but then see a people outside with food and drinks as well and with the people “ who weren’t getting service “. Will stick to Dallas pluckers from now on ?

Too salty!!! We've eaten here many times, always good but today it was so salty and truly uncomfortable eating the dry lemon pepper rub. Not good! A change is worth letting people know you're moving to a healthier version with a lower sodium recipe, they can add more if they choose. Too much salt is the reason people get too much sodium in the diet which can lead to high blood pressure, heart disease, and stroke. It can also cause calcium losses, weakening your bones. Too much salt is bad PLEASE consider making this change across your Franchise's. Advertise healthier ingredients,.... Be the Leader in healthier ingredients for all restaurants. At the very least, less salt. Thank you for your consideration.

Really disappointed in this location. My uncle came from Memphis and we wanted him to try a new wing place. We decided on pluckers. The pictures speak for themselves. The wings were really dry, they definitely messed up our order, the fried pickles were not fried ( as you can see). The celery was brown and old. It felt like a waste of money.

Brought my family for the first time here. Waited 20 minutes for somebody to attend us. No body ever came to the table. Serveres walking by like if we dint exist.. restaurant was super slow a lot of empty tables. When we asked for a manager they said we don’t know which managers is in duty.so me and my family got up and left. Taking our business somewhere else. Calledsnother pluckers to find out the name of the manager, so ERIN do your job correctly and be attend to your store!!
