Extremely disappointed in the way this business is being operated by the management. We checked on Google and it shows that they're supposed to be open. As we rolled in, there's a hand-written note "we're closed today" on the front window. Please ensure to work diligently and update your operating hours on Google.

Firstly their web site by Slice has the wrong menu. I have complained about it repeatedly for months but apparently their IT guy is 'away'. When I asked for a paper take away menu I was told that it's online! Their online listing has many more things that I'd have loved to try than their instore on monitor menu. What we've had from there we have liked. In particular their Seekh Kabab is something I always order but be warned that these are half size and any other place would call what you get a single kebab.

Good service , Bun Kabab reminded me off Pakistan. A bit Spicy for my husband but next time we will tell them to put less Chutni in it. Kashmiri Chi is a must try. The Pizza is also good.

Had a great time hosting a birthday party at Puppu Kafe. The manager named Zia allowed us to decorate and enjoy our time there. Would definitely recommend for small parties.

I loved the French fries and the chaat! I would not recommend getting pizza from here though. its like school cafeteria pizza.

Puppu Cafe - A review Puppu Cafe got a lot of critism when they opened regarding their quality of food but I've gone there plenty of times, and their food quality has always been par with many other restaurants in the area. It'd be wrong for me to call it a restaurant since it's more of a place to go grab a quick bite, hence the name Puppu Cafe. I usually go there for their Kashmiri Chai and their Pizza. Their pizza is really good, has a lot of flavor, and their prices for the pizza are also very reasonable. I also appreciate the fact that they give 10% student discount which many restaurants don't. However, tonight it was different. I went there with a party of 10+ and we ordered 4 chats along with multiple sandwiches and 2 of their biggest 16" pizzas. Needless to say it was a big order, and we weren't the only customers in the restaurant. They only had a staff of 2 people working and I'm sure after a whole day of work they were tired as well, and that, unfortunately, reflected in our food. Let's start off with the chaat. It's simple bowl of chaat, not much thinking goes into it when making it and it's such a common item that it's really hard to get wrong, but Puppu Cafe managed to do that. The Chaat was soggy and bland, the Dahi tasted expired as if it was taken fresh out of the refrigerator, 3 days ago. The ingredients in it were old, and it was evident that it wasn't fresh. That was true for all 4 of our chaats and we couldn't eat more than a spoon of each just because of the monotonous taste and stale ingredients. As aforementioned, we also ordered multiple sandwiches, with fries. The sandwiches were good, no complaints there. But I was shocked as to how much salt they dumped on all of our fries. It wasn't just one order, all of it, every single order with fries was as if we ordered salt and the fries came as a side. It was to a limit that it was literally inedible. I was so surprised that how could a restaurant dispose off of all of their salt inventory on one order. Perhaps it was an anomaly. The pizzas were great as usual the Zia bhai did a great job helping me out to order exactly the type of pizza I desired and he didn't charge me extra for the toppings. They tasted great, they were fresh and it was all very well prepared. I also want to thank the Zia Bhai for listening to me while I was complaining to him about the food quality and taking the constructive critism very well, I also want to thank him for tolerating our large party as we were loud and took a large portion of their restaurant for our seating. Zia Bhai also offered us free dessert, gulaab jamun, as we were leaving and we thanked him for it. In conclusion, I'd like the point out that Puppu Cafe is still in its young stages when catering to large parties and while their food quality is usually good, today it was somewhat subpar. I'd like to thank the Zia Bhai for his great customer service and I'll definitely be back for more Pizza!

They don’t follow the timings. Website shows it’s open, timing on website is 11:00 am so we waited outside for 10minutes. The guy came outside locked it and then left again. We asked him what time it opens and he says 12:30 pm. I think the owner must know what’s going on. Not coming again! They will be out of business soon if he’s like that

The service is excellent and the chaats are very flavorful. The gyro chicken sandwich is also very delicious. They have the best kashmiri chai I have ever tasted. We will definitely be coming back for more

I stopped by here because a friend invited me. I didn't have any idea what the restaurant name means because I have had pupu trays in Hawaii and at Chinese restaurants so the name threw me for a loop. :-) - I loved the beef gyro sandwich that I had! The meat was wonderful flavor and no gristle or fat. The yogurt dressing had a sweet zest to it. I like the bright colored decorations including colorful chandeliers and the beautiful art painting that I'm guessing is a quaint painting of a Pakistan scene. Very sweet people ! Great friendly service - the guy was so happy when I told him I loved my gyro sandwich ! More people need to go here!! I think I'll try something new of their many entrees on the menu every time I go . Another customer told me she loves the bun ___? I can't recall the name - and someone said their Club sandwich is amazing. I'll definitely go again! Very nice experience. Price is worth it - average prices.

I wish this place was more authentic. The tea is good and they offer Kashmiri chai which is great. But the menu is not authentic and the cooks are also not authentic. The menu has pizza and fried rice on it. That's not Pakistani! Place would improve if they had an authentic menu and authentic cooks. Also please make the tea self serve. Thanks.
