“I cannot recommend Roma’s Italian Kitchen enough! My only regret is that I ordered only one thing to-go. The restaurant is very clean, the staff is great, and you feel like you are back in a small piece of Europe. The owner Lucian was very hospitable and generous. I called in an order of Mititei to-go, and they were delicious! I cannot wait to go back and try their Sarmale, Schnitzel, and the pizza & pasta! I do not live very close, but Roma’s Italian Kitchen is definitely worth the drive, you won’t regret it. Va multumesc mult!“

“On a recent trip to HP, our pizza order was misread by the kitchen staff, and honey was added to a pizza that we requested without it. The waitress noticed before bringing it, but she brought it anyway. She informed me that they were making another for free, and it would arrive soon. The incorrect pie was half and half, so we ate the half without the sweetener. Before we finished, a medium pizza was placed on the table because “they had extra,” and it matched our original request. 2 slices into that pie, and the manager arrives with the free pizza and advises that due to the “confusion,” I will not be charged for any pizzas! I said it then, and I’ll say it again- “You all do too much.” Thank you for always making the BEST PIZZA IN CONWAY and somehow surpassing that quality with your stellar customer focus.“

“Caleb was an excellent server! He had a great positive energy while he was preparing my order. He provided excellent customer service! I looked at the menu before I visited in store. When I got there, the salad bar was very clean, and the ingredients looked super fresh. Took my Cobb salad 🥗 and sandwich to go. They were DELICIOUS! I also decided to try the Wake Up juice, it was soooooo goood 🥕🍏. It was a perfect combination of apple, carrots, ginger...nothing too over powerful. Its my first time visiting this location, and I'm excited to come back and try more items on the menu!“

“I love it here! Came from Sam’s TikTok and got the Kuai Tiao Tom Yum for my entree. It was absolutely delicious. I’m not a big spice person and this was perfect for me. The noodles were obviously homemade and fresh. We also got the pork steamed dumplings which were amazing with the sauce. The veg eggrolls were a favorite as well! Oh and the Thai tea was yum it tasted like a boba tea.“

“I have been a long time customer of Cafe Max when they were located in Addison back in the 90’s.

Recently, I visited their Plano location in hope A) they remained open and B) they had pasta and chicken mixture available. I arrived at 2:44PM a few minutes before closing at 3PM. When I entered, I wasn’t greeted immediately but instead given a stare-down of “ugh”. I dismissed the person with their sassy dismay as the gentleman with a kind notation, carrying the chicken mixture expressed “hi, how can I help you?” I stated, I’m sorry to place an order as you’re beginning to close shop. The gent said it’s okay. Yet when he looked at the other worker, their face expressed much less of not wanting to be there. It was an awkward moment for me and the gentleman. After I placed my order (duo plate); pasta, chicken mixture and a turkey sandwich to-go, the situation became uncomfortable. Once the gentleman closed the duo plate and handed the turkey sandwich to the other worker, who handed me the bag, I said with a smile, thank you! Their body language and no smile expressed a light muffled some-what of “yah” left me feeling sad for the individual. If they dislike their job, find another one. Or at least disguise your face expressions to Cafe Max customers. I believe when you receive poor customer service, your meal or service rendered will be much less than a happy experience. That was mine, my meal was bland because of the poor customer service experience.

No matter what I’ll continue my visits with Cafe Max but at the Richardson location where they greet you loudly and with a warm energetic smile, “Hi, how can we help you,” “have a nice day!” Everyone has a bad day or another, sometimes a contagious smile can redeem themselves and make others feel better! I give thanks to the gentleman that served me!“

Dalton is a really great worker, he cleans after hours, the food is amazing, and he also makes sure all of our needs are fulfilled. “I always loved this place but it's far from my home so I stopped by when I was in the area. The experience was great! I ordered on the kiosk but couldn't find the new drinks on the menu so I ordered a tea. I asked the lady at the counter if I can just replace the drink and I would gladly pay the difference. The believe the young lady that was the manager, just replaced it without any issue. These are the little things that make a difference to me.
