I don't give five stars lightly, but this is the best smoothie King in North Texas that I have ever been to. The people are always smiling. My smoothies are always on time. Not like the DeSoto location. This is just the best one. I highly recommend it. * I visit almost weekly.

My husband went to Smoothie King at 9:47 PM well before their posted closing time of 10:00 PM and was turned away. The employees refused to make him a smoothie, saying they were already closed. If you’re going to advertise that you’re open until 10 PM, then customers should be served until that time. Very disappointing experience and poor customer service.

This Smoothie King is a decent location and I love that it's family-owned and operated, which adds a nice, personal touch you don’t always find at larger franchises. The shop is well-kept and has that classic Smoothie King vibe, which I appreciate.
That said, I did have to wait around for about three minutes even though no one else was being served, which was a bit annoying. The staff also seemed to have some trouble following my specific instructions. Still, it's a solid OG Smoothie King spot and a pretty good choice if you're in the mood for a refreshing smoothie.

Kid-friendliness: There is variety for children and if you don't know you can ask for help from the boys who work there and they will gladly assist you.
Although the staff are kind and professional, and the smoothies are made fine, the franchise owner is an awful person and makes any interactions at this location awful when she’s there. She berates and insults her employees in front of customers. She also is very rude and aggressive. She is an awful representative of the smoothie king brand. Her awful behavior has at least taught me to make sure to go to a store owned by corporate instead of any of her stores (unfortunately she owns several, and you’ll know the difference by simply seeing the difference in how much better corporate treats their employees than the way she treats her employees - her stores have a lot turn over)

I've been coming here for a year now, and I can't say enough good things about it. The customer service is always excellent, and the smoothies are consistently delicious. My personal favorite is the Pineapple Surf—it's a must-try! Highly recommend this spot for anyone who loves a great smoothie and top-notch service.

Order was messed up by an Uber eats driver that they used to deliver food after an order through the app. The owner help us out and was extremely nice and gave us free smoothies even though her restaurant was not at fault. Wonderful customer service!!

I recently visited Smoothie King and had an amazing experience! I tried the Hulk Chocolate Smoothie and the Acai Coco Haze Bowl, and both were fantastic. The Hulk Chocolate Smoothie was rich, creamy, and packed with delicious chocolate flavor, making it incredibly satisfying. The Acai Coco Haze Bowl was equally impressive, with fresh, vibrant ingredients and the option to customize the toppings to my liking—definitely the best part. The service was quick and friendly, and the atmosphere of the store was welcoming. I highly recommend this place for anyone looking for tasty, healthy and indulgent treat. Can't wait to go back for more!
