The flavor of the sliders here are actually not bad, but they are pricey and not very filling unless you get 3 of them and then it gets very expensive. The onion rings taste like they're freshly made, but they were lacking in seasoning and also a bit expensive for the amount given. I come to Legacy Food Hall often and this is not a place I frequent often.

Yesterday my family went to place an order with an employee who looked so annoyed to take our order. No greeting or acknowledgment when we approached the counter but we still ordered only to get dry very small sliders. The sliders are already very small as it is but the meat was even smaller, dry and bland tasting. We finished our food and gave them one more chance ordering shakes and yet again a very dry ugly attitude and it took 20 minutes to get our shake and that was because I walked up to the counter to let them know I was waiting. Otherwise our order would’ve not been made yet. Big disappointment!

Tender, fresh, and cooked perfectly. They use a sauce that stands out.
We took our plates to the outdoor patio area and enjoyed our combo meals. I appreciate the potato buns, because they are much healthier for my stomach. The waffle fries were great!

They are way too overpriced for how tiny these sliders are—it’s just not worth it. The Thai chili Brussels sprouts are completely drowned in sauce. I’ve asked multiple times for light sauce, but somehow they always end up adding even more. The burgers are tasty, I’ll give them that, but in this economy, I can’t justify spending my money here when the portions don’t match the price. I’ll definitely not be returning.

We just got a bowl of waffle fries to go with h the draft beers from other bar on the top of legacy hall. Didn’t like the fried felt like they were fried is some weird oil, I think beef talo. I would not have eaten the fries if I would have been sober.

I put in a catering order for my office holiday party in advance. I scheduled it through EZ Cater for a 2pm delivery on a Monday.
EZ Cater was extremely communicative. In fact, when the driver arrived about 1:20pm to pick up my order, she noticed that the SOAB staff was really disorganized and still did not have my order ready and she communicated that to EZ Cater, who ten communicated that with me. It was 16 boxed lunches, all exactly the same food combination. She waited around and they finally had my order ready for her at 1:45pm. I received a text that she was en route.
That was not enough time to travel from north Plano to east Plano for a 2pm delivery. My order was late and honestly, it was not the look I wanted for my team party.
To be fair, I called and left a VM at SOAB and asked that a manager call me back. That did not happen.
The food is great, but I won't be using SOAB for catering moving forward.
Way too over price and the burgers are small for how much they cost. The burger taste good but the shake was really bad. I got the chocolate one and it tasted like the drinking out of a cheap Hershey syrup bottle.

Visit legacy Food Hall a couple times, first review on SOB. Great slider burger, reasonable pricing for individual combo meal in this part of town. Came here during TX OU game. Great place to hung out with friends to watch Saturday college football.

Absolutely abysmal service, they were extremely rude to me and my grandmother, I caught them gossiping and laughing at us in the back. There should be no laughter in the workplace at any time. I cant stand when workers try to have fun. They left my milkshake on the counter without telling us it was ready, so by the time we found out it was done my milkshake was cold.

Amazing, tasty, and fresh food! Very amazing quality beef! The strawberry lemonade is perfect, not too sweet, but perfect! The mini burgers are perfect for Legacy Hall to be able to walk around after and try more food! The sauce on the burgers tastes amazing with the beef used. Perfect pairing! I forget his name but he looks familiar and young, go support him and that business! Sorry for no photos, I devoured the food before thinking about the pics, it’s that tasty!!!
