We ordered food for me and my son. My son can't have cheese. So weird. Specifically asked to remove the cheese. I had to do it over the speaker because the app wouldn't allow me to remove the cheese from the order. So it was very specific about that. It was very much not lost in the translation in any way. Still my son got cheese on his burger and I didn't have time to have to go back which means you just got food. I paid 15 bucks for food that you couldn't eat since he got the meal. I'll let Sonic know but they didn't do anything in the silence is very revealing that they really didn't care it seemed.

I had a really good experience visiting this location, the service was kind of slow but I noticed that the same Worker that was taking the orders was also delivering the orders. Tommi is excellent, she was working alone and that lady was running the whole restaurant her self and doing it with such good customer service and my order was hot and correct.!! Great Job girl I hope you have many good days.

My local Sonic and one of the best and most consistent ones I’ve encountered. The few issues I’ve experienced have been resolved fairly and quickly.

I do have some criticisms for the app/corporate side of that issue-resolution process - they would only get 3 or 4 stars - but the folks who work the restaurant are just about the gold-standard for a fast-food operation, IMO.

Stopped in here after shopping for a drink. Ordered and then realized the screen was broken and so I couldn't see anything. I told the girl because you can't pay without using the screen. She told me just to give my debit card to the server and she would take it inside and run it. Yeah, no thanks! My daughter did this once at a Sonic in McKinney and a whole bunch of extra food (separate transactions) ended up going on her card. They really should have a sign on the screen to advise it's out of order. I got an iced coffee and my daughter got a Dr. Pepper with Nerds. Drove away, picked up my iced coffee to take a drink and it went down the front of my white tshirt. The lid was not secured properly all the way around. Good thing I was going straight home or I would have been super pissed. Still very annoying! Not a great experience, probably why I never go to Sonic.

Adjusting my review: on June 28th I was finally refunded.

On May 18th we ordered two pretzel twists and a small chicken bites. After waiting about 10 minutes, a carhop approached us and let us know that they were out of both of these items and our order would be cancelled.

Unfortunately, the order was not cancelled and we were charged for food we did not receive. I reached out to customer support a week later after not receiving a refund. I was told the refund would come in 7-10 business days. It’s been longer and that refund still hasn’t come. This is very disappointing as we frequented sonic 2-3 a month on average. Until this is resolved we will not be returning.

If a manager is able to help us out, our order number was 1000255531386. It was a $4.31 order. It should not take a month to resolve this.
