Food is always good, but there are kids there that refer to patrons as champ, boss, dude... As opposed to sir. Minor issue to be fixed but important nonetheless. Let's get some customer service training for the team members?

This particular location isnt that great. They got my order wrong after repeating it twice & the coke was flat with barely any ice. It's Sonic. I don't have super high expectations on quality but consistency would be nice.

On May 18th we ordered two pretzel twists and a small chicken bites. After waiting about 10 minutes, a carhop approached us and let us know that they were out of both of these items and our order would be cancelled.
Unfortunately, the order was not cancelled and we were charged for food we did not receive. I reached out to customer support a week later after not receiving a refund....
