I used to love this sb but since their renovation it’s gone down hill. The name says your drink is ready on the board and it’s not even made. Had to wait 25min to get my drink ready after it said it was ready.

I once was driving home from HEB and had the sudden urge to go number two. I could not hold it. When I was on the corner of Preston and Park, I felt it start to purge out. I had to get to a bathroom quick.So, I drove 65 MPH down Park until I got to this nice Starbucks. I was walking across the parking lot and a BMW was going fast. Since I could not hold it much longer, I walked in front of the motorist and watched her slam the brakes. She yelled and me and I shouted profanity while giving her the bird while sprinting inside the store.I barely made it to the toilets and let out a lot of foul odors and matter. I think I ate steak, potatoes, greens, tomatoes, and beer the night prior. Wow, how stinky. The bathroom was nice and did the job. The coffee is probably decent.

This location has gone downhill really quickly. Looks like they had a staff turnover recently and the last two times we were handed wrong orders. The mocha frappe was just ice and the staff didn’t care.

This Morning I called the store at 7 AM to order to Travelers by 845. The staff member told me to call myself to other stores because they were down one person and could not guarantee (with an hour and 45 minute notice) they could provide the travelers on time. Store management, please train your employees to be professional and take orders!
