I don't understand why the same cup of gourmet coffee I order most of the time tastes different when it is the same recipe and measurements. I don't understand why any batista would be allowed to serve the drink after the shot dies.

If you are on the go, it is absolutely a great place!Dietary restrictions: Drinks, you get almond, oatmeal, coconut and soy milk!Parking: It is very close the location, plenty of parking with an approximate 20 plus parking spaces easily available!Kid-friendliness: There is plenty of room, board games, and the atmosphere is pleasant!Wheelchair accessibility: The exit ramp has a wide accessible for great front parking and entrance!

Yesterday was my first time going to this location. Both baristas that were working yesterday morning were very nice. I walked in on one of them helping the other on what certain things meant on the order. ( one stated that they were new). This location had a very cozy feel and inside is very spacious. My coffee was made just how I like it. Thank you to the baristas for their great customer service! (:
I come to this location multiple times per week and it's always a great experience! They make my drink well every time and the baristas are so kind. Logan in particular goes out of his way to make sure every customer feels seen and heard. He makes this place shine! The atmosphere is warm and welcoming, and there is always somewhere to sit. Only con is since it's part of the Urban brand (which I LOVE!) they don't allow you to use partner discounts. So keep that in mind if you're an employee of Starbucks.

I was at this location at 10:30am today I ordered a cinnamon caramel cream nitro cold brew. It wasn't what I got. It was way to strong it had cinnamon to it all the many times I got this before it had cinnamon mixed in with the brew and on top of the foam. I scanned for my points and the only thing I got that shows on my previous orders is the egg bites I got no receipt at all. Just tried calling the store to speak to manager nobody's is answering the phone to help me.

Great for coffee to go. Parking lot is very tight to in and out and not a lot of seating inside due to the size of store. No outside seating provided because of the busy street traffic I’m sure. But the restaurant next door has a small patio, and they didn’t seem to mind visitors.
