I had the worst experience of ordering at this location. They don’t know how to take an order of adding 3 packets sugar and also caramel syrup into latte which I usually order through app. I think Starbucks is loosing their customer service. Kindly , take care of the concerns particularly at this branch.

I ordered a Vinti Pink drink (refresher) with light ice, they still added too much ice. I rather have more drink than ice for what I pay. I like the drink.

Food is good at this reasonably new location but the attitude of the staff and service leaves a lot to be desired.
On a previous visit I went through the drive thru line where I was handed a drink that was leaking., plus I was waiting for the sandwich that I had also ordered. I turned my head toward the window after putting my drink in a cup holder and the person had already slammed the window and walked away. I called out and even honked with no response, the staff walked away from the window and didn’t even look over. I had to walk inside the store to get a napkin and the rest of my order. The woman behind the counter even kind of argued with me that it was early and they had only just opened.
Roll forward to today…I ordered an iced coffee and decided to pick it up inside the store. I walked in and past 4 staff members who were busy cleaning various areas behind the counter, not one of them looked at me, smiled, acknowledged my presence, or even offered to help me as I walked all the way across the store to pick up my drink and get my own straw…with 2 staff just a few feet away. With drink in hand I walked all the way back across the store and outside without any kind of greeting from any one of the 4 staff members.
If Starbucks wants to encourage a warm, friendly environment where customers want to linger(and buy more) … this isn’t it.

I normally stop here occasionally for coffee, but Texas weather can get pretty hot some afternoons. We therefore decided to start the day with water! So we drove into our favorite Starbucks looked at the cold sugary drinks and decided to just go with water anyways. We asked for water, the little girl said , no you have to purchase something. I'm like no ma'am not today I'm just having water.
She refused to serve us water, so we left and went next door to
Whataburger! Whataburger gave us a large cup of solid packed ice water charged us 42 cents with no questions and we politely went to do our morning shopping . Kudo's to you Whataburger! I don't eat a lot of meat theses days but my guest do and to me all out doors coffee taste like coffee! So see you soon Whataburger & thanks for being in our community.

I won’t be going back to this location again. I went one time and ordered a brownie mind you I had one a week before going that day. Anyways when I ordered the guy laughed at me and said “BrOWnies” and then said we discontinued those A LOOOOOOOOONG TIME AGO. He acted like they haven’t heard that word in years. I tried to get over it but it’s been eating me up for a couple months now.

2 stars because I like a girl that works there I met another time

I was getting my drink at Starbucks on Custer Road Plano and there was a young beautiful girl her name Leaha was professional and very friendly with beautiful smile. She changed my mood today and I appreciate her . The drink she made was perfect exactly as I want .

best frappe of all time! i absolutely love this hidden gem in the middle of plano. super lowkey spot. i asked demitri what he recommended for a drink and he suggested me the caramel ribbon frappe. and let's just say... that was the best thing i've ever put my lips on. demitri came in clutch with the recommendation and it's safe to say i found my new favorite coffee spot. shout out demitri!!!!!!!

I stood at the cashier desk for about 5 minutes. The baristas saw me without acknowledging and continued with their task. No smile, nothing. Not a great customer service.

Stopped by this location today and I was waiting for a client. I asked for a cup of water and the staff refused to provide it citing the policy that you will not be given water unless you have bought something at the store before requesting water. I left the store and met my client at another local coffee shop. I will not be visiting this store again.

I ordered ahead on the app. When I got to the drive-through, it took them forever to answer. There was no greeting…just what can I do for you. I had to repeat my name multiple times. They were very unfriendly
and my cappuccino was very inconsistent to other Starbucks. It was bitter and not made well.
