Sushi Hana is our favorite spot! The customer service, quality of food, and atmosphere are all top tier! Sushi is so fresh!! I usually get a Dragon Roll or Eel roll and the Monster roll (no crunchies) w/ Miso soup (broth only). My wife gets the Firecracker (subs crab for avocado).

Sushi Hana had a new make over! Love the new decor and the fact that it is BYOB! The classic sushi salmon and yellowtail hit the spot and then we got the sashimi salad and the sexy no rice roll. I am not a fan of the imitation crab but it was tasty regardless and the chef was able to sub the crab with something else in the salad! Will come back here vs the other close by sushi spot that I ended up sick at.

Fantastic! Would definitely come again. Everything was very fresh, well prepared, and delicious. Our favorite was the unique rolls we tried - submarine and sunamie rolls. Super flavorful and unique! Do be warned that the sunamie was VERY hot. Not for the faint of heart. The only knocks would be that a few minor things in preparation (for example the lemon slices were just a bit too thick on our roll). But not bad! Also the wasabi seemed low quality.
We also enjoyed trying 2 things from their extensive, reasonably priced dessert menu! We got the Ube cheesecake and the marshmallow one (ended up being a rice krispie). Very good cheesecake with strong ube flavor. The rice krispie was great but it was cold so it was hard to eat.

Wow, the breaded sushi is spectacular, I give it a Michelin star?. We liked it a lot. The place is small but very nice. Very good service, very clean and tidy. They have many dishes, soups, ramen, salads, etc. The chocolate cheesecake is good because it is not cloying. I will definitely return. Thank you !! ??

The menu is extensive, offering a delightful variety of sushi, sashimi, and hot dishes. My favorites are the Shrimp Heaven, Monkey Brain, Wild Cat, Cooked Egg Sushi, Salmon Sushi and I always get the Miso Ramen! Each piece was fresh and beautifully presented. The spicy tuna roll was a standout, perfectly balanced with just the right amount of heat.
The staff were friendly and attentive (shout out to Amanda and Kiley!), ensuring that my dining experience was top-notch. They were knowledgeable about the menu and offered great recommendations. I also appreciated the quick service, which made the meal even more enjoyable.
