This place is zero stars for service! I have yet to ever go here and receive good service. The workers stand around the counter and scroll or text on their phones while you stand at the register to order. They refuse to even look up and acknowledge you. There is no sense of urgency whatsoever to help customers.
As a long time fan of Taco cabana going back to my early days in San Antonio it is sad to see just how far TC has fallen. I remember walking in and no matter what location or time it’d be busy. Despite that food came out hot, fresh and fast. I was in awe of the level of service and scratch cooking from a fast casual restaurant.
