Taqueria la Unica Reviews
Menudo here is top notch.
This restaurant is in a gas station. It's delicious and definitely worth it.
The place is inside a gas station with a few tables and chairs for dine-in. I was a bit shy at first because they only spoke Spanish and I was struggling to place my order but the food was worth it! It was $12 for a plate of 3 barbacoa tacos, rice, and beans. The green hot sauce was yummy too (not too hot)!

Taqueria la Única is a cozy, family-friendly spot located inside a gas station in Plano. Despite being a "hole in the wall," it offers authentic and delicious Mexican food that keeps many coming back. The menu features a variety of dishes, including street tacos with bistec or Al pastor, mole enchiladas, and a range of soups like Caldo de Res, pozole, and chicken soup. The green hot sauce is tasty and not too hot, perfect for enhancing flavors. Special dishes such as grilled steak, chicken, and shrimp parilla, as well as tilapia and seafood dishes, are popular choices. The place also serves traditional pozole and menudo on weekends, and during Christmas, they prepare tamales. The food is reminiscent of homemade cooking, with authentic rice and beans. Though cash-only and with limited seating, the warm hospitality and tasty meals make this hidden gem a favorite among locals and visitors alike.
