Thai Tea was good, it gets busy after 8 and it seems to overwhelm the staff, which in turn forgot parts of my order, still I they fixed it by letting me change the order I didnt like.
I have been a fan to alley tea for over a year now. I order with them atleast once every week. But these days there has been missing toppings in my drinks and the recipe is not consistent. Sometimes they blend my mochi into the drink and sometimes it’s missing. Sometimes the orange pieces are too big for your straw they block your drink and you had to literally throw it away. I am disappointed at how they miss the toppings in the drinks even after paying extra for them.
Very nice place to hang out. Nice outdoor by the creek. Sand volleyball court. Half Basket ball court
Ordered 2 drinks, one creme brulee and Thai Milk Tea. The tea was so strong and not tasty at all, and they didn't include the boba! The coffee one was just ok.
The cashier was not friendly and had an attitude problem, which was disappointing. I wouldn't go back.
Best the alley ive ever been to. The drinks were tantalizing my tongue 👅
The people working there are so nonchalant and slow. I have waited so long for 2 orders to be ready. Customer service to be improved.
Love their yogurt smoothies. Grape is my favorite.
Absolutely incredible tea! I order every single day!!! Thai tea and the rich brown sugar tea!!!
We had strawberry smoothie and mango frappe both were very good!! I just think they are under staff because the wait time was 15 minutes
I ordered a matcha Thai tea boba for my family member as birthday treats thru uber eat , but then they threw up the whole day after drinking it and felt miserable for the rest of the day. Please check the ingredients used to see if there’s something wrong or expired. Request assessment and refund.
Thanks!

Randomly discovered The Alley and I am hooked! I love the brown sugar deerioca creme brulee, I get it every time!
Drinks are ok but takes way too long to get a drink. There were 3 people working, but still waited 30 minutes for bubble tea.
Love it here. WAY better and friendlier than the garland location. I will be coming back soon!! Also the decor is so cute :)))))
Stopped by with the family for some quick dessert(?) after dinner and it wasn't half bad. I dont think any of the tea or drinks we tried were something that makes me want to drive out of my way for, though. The interior looks like the run of the mill boba shops, but they had some anime stuff. It's a spacious spot but ok amount of seating available. Service was mediocre and the workers didnt seem particularly thrilled to be there, nor did they care to greet or interact with their customers. Overall, the place is nothing special so I wouldn't advise you make a trip just to come here.
I tried the royal milk tea with 75% sugar, less ice, and added tapioca + egg pudding. The flavor was good, but 75% was still a bit too sweet for me — I’d probably go down to 50% next time. The toppings were great, though, and the drink itself had a nice balance.
My only real complaint is that the plastic seal wasn’t fully closed, so when I inverted the cup to mix everything, some spilled onto my fingers. Not a huge deal, but definitely inconvenient. The wait time was also a little longer than expected, especially since there were only two people in the store.
Overall, solid boba with a few things that could be improved. I’d go back, but with lower sweetness and hoping for a better seal next time.
