My friends and I came here for happy hour. Daily HH from 4-7p. It's a cute, cozy speakeasy located inside Sea Breeze Fish Market. It's directly on the right when you walk in. Also need a password to enter!
They have some comfy lounge couches in the back. That's where we decided to sit.
We all started off with cocktails, I had the Paloma and Jake's Milk Punch. Which the Milk punch caught me off guard, it's a pina colada with a twist. We all said the cocktails were really good! And ended it with the Freddy snacks, which are shots. The bartender did an amazing job on the drinks!
Our host was John who always checked on us, and told us all the details about the food. As far as food we ordered Wagyu smash burger sliders, Asian sticky ribs, and Shrimp scampi. Everything was so good! It makes us all want to try Sea Breeze restaurant which it's inside of. I want to try their other menu items even more now. We will definitely be back!

I donât go to many speakeasyâs. Iâve read about them. Contemplated them. But have always thought of something else to do. But today I decided to give Wilfredâs a go. Itâs a unique place tucked away in the burbs.
A speakeasy is defined by access. So in this case you actually go through the lobby of the main restaurant. Easy enough. On a Saturday late afternoon all seats werenât filled but easy to notice that everyone was largely paired up. This is where service matters. While pretty clinical to start, there was a clear warm up. The food here is pretty solid - no complaints. But I do recommend leaving it to the bartender to âdealers choice. â I wasnât disappointed and my first experience was enough to say it wouldnât be my last. Recommend a go.

We ended up here rather close to them closing and they still were extremely kind and welcoming. I wanted a specific liquor and the waitress said she could make me something if I was open to it. I loving crafty cocktails - accepted this offer. The drink was amazing and did not let me down. All of our drinks were 10/10. But this isnât even the point of the review. This review is really about Jake. Jake was the manager of the bar and he took the time to come talk to us about our drinks. He was extremely passionate about what he does when it comes to creating cocktails. You donât often meet people like Jake who care so deeply about what they do.If you stop in make sure to try his one of a kind cocktail called âJakeâs Milkâ. Overall canât wait to return here. #Scienceiscool.

My girlfriend and I have been wanting to go here for a while since they opened. We finally got to go for our 4 year anniversary. Service was great and the drinks were perfect. Atmosphere was busy but not packed where you felt overwhelmed. Thanks for a great experience. We will definitely be back to try the food!

Went to The Wilfred in Plano with some friends and honestly⊠obsessed. Itâs one of those places that feels like a secret â kind of hidden, super cozy, but with just enough glam to make it feel like a special night out. The vibe is so warm and inviting, like you could stay for hours (and we did).
The cocktails were so good, and the staff made us feel right at home. It didnât feel overly âscene-yâ or pretentious â just a really cool, chill spot to hang with people you love. 10/10 night. Already planning when we can go back.

The vibe in this place is kind of cool but the service sucks. The bar tender tried to overcharge us in the number of drinks we ordered. When I told her it was wrong it was like she still expected me to pay for it. I asked her to fix and she was mad at me. She fixed it but it was still wrong. Then she finally got it right and asked the manager to come. He couldnât have been a bigger jerk. Keep an eye on your check when you close out.
