I needed 2 dozen last minute cookies. After a failed attempt at baking, I make an order on their website at midnight with a request to pick up at 10:15am. I was afraid I’d get a cancellation or delay email for the lack of notice. I didn’t! I picked them up and they were packaged and ready! The guy at the front was very nice. I got lemon sugar and oatmeal chocolate chip and both were amazing. Would recommend, especially in a pinch!

I asked for 6 cookies and the guy at the desk told me it would take “15 mins to bake them”.

I said I’ll wait if he can bake them and then he proceeds to emphasis “are you really going to wait, we close a little over an hour from now”.

Seemed like he just didn’t want to help. First time experiencing this at this location.

Mrs. Shannon was very polite and understanding! She solved my problem! I love !how she took good care of me. I appreciate you Mrs. Shannon Because people can be so mean if you have an issue. Thank you again Mrs. Shannon have a wonderful holiday!

I went to pick up an order from the front and waited for my turn to state that I was there to pick up. I declared the name, wasn’t addressed; that’s all fine and good. I then said, “Thank you, have a great-“ then was cut off by the employee who quickly said “Kay-bye” in a very snippy manner. I’m there to pick up my order and go, that was unwarranted. I don’t need the attitude from a college freshman who’s going to lash out and immediately dig into their phone afterwards. I did not leave this place better than I was before, and that interaction left a dark cloud on my day. I will NOT be coming back. :-(

Wow. I had no idea Tiffs Treats had storefront locations. I’ve been ordering from Tiffs ever since I discovered them when I lived in Austin.

The cookies were fresh and tasty and the staff is super friendly. I thought it was a nice touch that they put my cookies in a nice box and added a ribbon. 😄
