We have been to the Twisted Root in Athens, TX and the food, service and atmosphere was AWESOME!!!We will not be coming back to the Plano location. Very disappointed!!!

Went to pick up our food and the cashier was cleaning her station and completely ignored us when we told her we were there for pickup And started cleaning. So unprofessional. It wasn’t until someone else came to pick up their food that another guy came over and asked them their name so he can give them their food. We had literally been standing there for 10 minutes. Waiting on this girl. It was really weird. It was 30 min till close, so I get she was trying to close. But her attitude means we will not be back to the Plano location… and the food was mediocre.
Good food, a little on the pricey side. Good options though. Pickle bar is a nice touch (5 flavors of pickle chips). Outdoor patio is nice.
