Great Korean Shrimp tacos and delicious hummus starter platter, but even better beer! The Bock is a must try as well as the Amber Ale. An honorable mention goes to their Blonde Ale.

What an awesome place in Plano Texas… Beer was AMAZING and food was prepared fresh… no frozen premade food. Beer was incredible and the prices beat any prices around on the boardwalk. If you are in Plano… this is a must place to visit. Go see Erin … amazing bar tender

Well, it’s me again here posting a review a few months later and I have to say, I still give UB a 5 star. I came here to celebrate my brothers birthday and we were well taken care of. Our server Demi, made sure we were taken care of despite the very very busy that day. Thanks Demi!

We’ve been to Union Bear several times and have always had good experiences. I love the aesthetic. We usually sit at the bar and service is always great. This time was no different. Hubs ordered the boss hog pizza and even though it was a bit overdone it was really good, would definitely order it again. I ordered the Reuben, I would honestly not order it again. The sandwich contents were tasty but the bread was soggy on the bottom and the fries were honestly terrible, barely warm and not crispy at all. Hubs had beer and liked both of the ones he tried. I had the UB old fashioned and it was delicious. All in all some soggy bread and bad fries won’t keep us from coming back. Our good experiences outweigh the bad for sure.

My fiancée and I sat at the bar on a busy Saturday to wait for my table. Grace was very friendly and good at being present despite how busy it was.

A very drunk man walked up to me and said he’d just arrived and they were refusing to serve him. He started showing me pictures on his phone and I entertained him do a minute before telling him I was there with my fiancée for one on one time. He walked away and a server was kind enough to ask if he was bothering me.

Our server at our table was good as well. He had a Texas tattoo on his arm.

Problem: The paper towel dispenser shocked me, and the trash can underneath was too close the dispenser to easily get a paper towel without the towel or my hand touching the trash.

Problem: The fabric cushions in the pseudo-outdoor area looked filthy.

The chicken tenders were delicious. My fiancée loved her pizza.

We had our son’s rehearsal dinner here and it was FANTASTIC! Absolutely perfect! Trey and Alex (esp Trey) were amazing to work with and so helpful and friendly. They printed special menus with our choices of entrees plus the appetizers and desserts we chose. The Servers assigned to us couldn’t have been better; so attentive and responsive, and very friendly! They helped us hook up our slideshow to run in the background plus our playlist. Bonus was it was beautifully decorated for Christmas! Highly HIGHLY recommend for any event or just dinner. Their food is amazing
