The food was so good, I tried the surf and turf burrito because the lady at the front recommended it to me and I absolutely loved it. The place was super clean and the salsa bar had so many delicious options to choose from especially carrots as they were good and crunchy. The girl passed by and attended us very well and even offered to throw away our food once we finished. The ambiance and the music options were good they had us jamming.
As a person who moved here from San Diego, years ago, I love that Valerie’s is here. The only complaint I have (the only reason I could not give 5 stars on the food) is that they are too cheap with the guacamole on the rolled tacos and sometimes the tacos are fried too hard.. That’s not how it’s done in Southern California. They hardly cover them with guacamole at the Plano location. I always have to order extra. I was very happy to find rolled tacos, San Diego style,...
I've never had a bad meal from Valerie's! Every. Single. Thing. Slaps. Extra shout out to Alexis for the great service and Luis in the back for the BANGING burritos. I'm so happy they're 24 hours now, so I can get incredible food any time of day!
