This is my first tube ever at Wetzel's Pretzel. Unfortunately, the pretzel is so bad, I may never return.
Ordered a cheesy jalapeno pretzel. This one is so soggy, one can easily tell this was made earlier in the day probably and I am being sacrificed for it. And add to that it was a little over burned. They could have made a fresh one, or warm it up at the least to make it better. Neither was done.
The guy taking my order was mechanical, didn't even offer any side dip or drinks to my order. Once I sat down to eat, I felt the dip was missing.
I am a longtime fan of Aunt Annie but this mall only has this one. Paying $7+ and having a pretzel that tasted cold and bad in my mouth isn't what I expected for dinner. Yikes.

Stood in line for three minutes with an employee just sitting down and ignoring me and the person in front of me. Then the employee looked at us and walked into the back. The person in front of me left at that point. I waited two more minutes and the employee never returned

My experience at Wetzel's Pretzels in Willowbend Mall was absolutely horrendous. The employees were extremely disrespectful; one even called me "stupid" when I tried to place an order. They claimed the Internet was out, so they couldn't process payments. Assuming this only applied to cards, I offered to pay with cash. Their rude response was, "Are you stupid? We don't accept orders because the Internet is out."
Aside from the appalling service, the food quality was terrible. The pretzels were consistently undercooked, and they rarely had more than 20% of the menu items available. The cheese always smelled old and tasted awful, and the hotdogs were excessively greasy and of poor quality. The only reason anyone might endure this location is if they're desperate for Wetzel's Pretzels. I strongly recommend going to any other Wetzel's Pretzels location for a far better experience.

I was just there 30 minutes age and I just brought the doggie bits. They were hard at the top and very greasy at the bottom. And the cheese dip is nasty. I wasted $9 at that place. This is my first time going to this place and it definitely is my very last time.

My uncle and I came here for pretzels. We both enjoyed the jalapeno pretzels. The service of the staff was great. We will definitely come back.
