This place was surprisingly much better than Auntie Anne's. The pretzels are huge and much more flavorful.

Pretzel tasted old.

Normally the best tasting pretzels around. Last visit they were old and chewy. Cheese seemed old as well. Rotating fresh pretzels and cheese makes all the difference in taste. We will try once more just in case it was a fluke.

Worst horchatas and cinnamon bits ever. Over priced and gross. Put it in the trash were it belonged.

So after reading all the Reviews. I don't believe we will try your establishment. I believe you need to get better people to work and are proud of what they do.

I was just there 30 minutes age and I just brought the doggie bits. They were hard at the top and very greasy at the bottom. And the cheese dip is nasty. I wasted $9 at that place. This is my first time going to this place and it definitely is my very last time.

My uncle and I came here for pretzels. We both enjoyed the jalapeno pretzels. The service of the staff was great. We will definitely come back.

My daughter loves these pretzels. I think they are a bit overpriced, but for a rare treat it is a fun stop.

Horrible place .I said I wanted a comboBut guy charged me almost 15 for pretzel hotdogs.and drink. And then said I would have to pay another $1.50 for cheese sauce. So for 20.00.thats all we got. And it was cold

Food itself is pretty good. Sometimes more burnt than not but overall satisfactory. What brings the experience down is a few things. One. We were playing around the indoor play area waiting for Crayola Experience to open. There was a worker there so I casually asked when they opened since there were no hours of operation posted anywhere. The lady just looked at me and shook her head and walked back into the kitchen. Did that mean no they're not open at all today? I need you to hire workers who can speak and understand English please. Two. I wanted just the wetzel bitz. The basic one. And of course they were out of that. That's like walking into Whataburger and they say they're out of burgers. Do better here too. We don't come this way often so when we do, it'd be nice to have what we want available.

The small hispanic girl working there is so rude. The shop opens at 10 am according to the app. I was asking her, what time the shop opens as I wanted to make a party order. All she kept on saying was “NO.”I asked her again “NO” and she literally walked out the shop. What a way to treat customers. All i wanted was information but you walk away like I'm unimportant. Is it not your job to answer inquiries. And the company shouldn’t say they are open at 10 am if they’re not. Disgusting nonchalant behavior from the staff. This happened today 10/15/22 at 10.20 am.
