Man, I hate being the guy who posts bad reviews but your service has been slipping downward for a while.
15 minute wait in the drive thru only to be shorted an entire meal, which my wife caught you forgot to add when we ordered it when she made the window guy repeat the order. we paid for it but after that 15 minute wait it was forgotten.
we all have bad days but this is becoming an ongoing issue.
