This is the best BBQ around. The brisket was the best I've ever tasted. The J*** Chicken was fabulous and the Hog Bites were wonderful. The service can't be beat.
My wife and I tried Willie Meshack's BBQ for lunch today. It's near Central Market in Plano and clearly stands at the top of all BBQ joints in Plano! We ordered 1/2-lb of sliced brisket--tender, moist, flavorful, passed the pull test, had great bark and smoke ring. Also ordered 1/2-lb of their pork ribs--similarly tender, tasty, expertly cooked, and great bark.
