I had an incredibly disappointing experience with Wingstop recently, particularly during one of their busiest times of the year, the Super Bowl. I placed an order for wings online a day in advance, ensuring I wouldn't miss out on game day excitement. However, despite my efforts, when I arrived at the designated pickup time of 5 pm, my order wasn't ready. Instead, I was informed that I'd have to wait an additional 20-25 minutes.This delay not only caused me to miss part of the game but also highlighted a glaring lack of preparedness and professionalism on the part of the establishment. There was no sense of urgency from the staff, nor was there any apology for the inconvenience caused. It's baffling how a business, especially on such a crucial day, could be so ill-prepared.The mismanagement exhibited by Wingstop on this occasion has left me deeply dissatisfied and unwilling to trust them with my business in the future. If they can't handle the pressure of a high-demand day like the Super Bowl, it raises serious doubts about their reliability and competence. I certainly won't be relying on Wingstop again, and I caution others to consider their options before doing so.

I had Wingstop today and it was mid. The positives were the size of the wings, the spicy korean sauce, and the ranch sauce which was probably made by the best chefs in the world. The mango habanero was lowkey trash and I lowkey got sick of eating it halfway through but I thugged it out. The fries were surprisingly really good as there was good spice and crunch behind it.Overall was mid these titkoks be deceiving.

Great customer service, may need to change the grease out. It's been a while since I've had Wingstop. I'm talking like early in the year I believe. Wings tonight taste bad/old which is surprising. Also fried hard and I never asked for them to be dried out. Was not happy. Fries was good and veggies. Come on with the quality

Food was way too salty. I ordered the chicken tenders (lemon pepper flavor) did not taste the lemon or the pepper, but I did taste the salt. Like they marinated the chicken in salt and once it was done, they put more salt on the tenders! Not good at all, especially for someone my age!

I just had the most disgusting experience with this location. My wings arrived on time and were pipping hot however the lemon pepper were over cooked and my ranch had a piece of hair in it. Well I submitted a review by survey and someone was supposed to call me I called and spoke to a manager at the location and he was so rude he said well we wear hats here ok sir are you calling me a lier he yelled at me and when asked for the corporate number he yelled I don’t know the conversation was longer then that and disgusting. I can’t believe they are allowing this type of behavior. I am beyond shocked and upset that I spent my last few dollars here.
I went to pick up an order and had to fill out this form. As I start the manager started to berate me so I decided to cancel the order. I'm trying to get in and out, not have to deal with poor service. I understand why this location has a poor rating. It starts from the top down.
