While I was patiently waiting for my food that was supposed to be ready in 20 minutes (it has been 49 minutes) I was never helped after paying at desk. several people walked in and got food before my food. I'm not exactly sure what's going on but the customer service is so bad. One lady is just sitting here talking on the phone. Oh jus figured out my food was ready for 10 minutes while she talks away to someone else on HER PERSONAL PHONE.

I have been a customer at this location since opening. I went there yesterday to pick up an order. Not only was the entire place filthy dirty, but, the food preparers were wearing their face masks correctly. They were not covering their noses. There were 3 people working and they were all wearing there mask incorrectly. I will not order from this place again. Hope owners are aware of the condition of the place. It is terrible.
