If you are super hungry, you gotta try this place out! I had hand pulled noodles before and this restaurant makes it one of the best! Very authentic, fresh, and chewy when you take a bite into the noodles! I had the 3-combo: cold noodles (liangpi) + beef meat bun (rougamo) + hot noodles (biang biang)! Also, I love the $3 pork ears! I looove noodles and finally found the place that has good noodle soup!! This bowl of spicy beef tendon with thick flat hand pulled noodles was delicious and exactly what I needed Sunday morning. Big portion for a decent price, had to to-go the other half because I was so full. Will be back to try other items. I also think they're only open during lunch time. I went on Friday around 6:30 and they were closed.

At last! I've found quality hand-pulled noodles in Dallas and I'm obsessed - the texture of the giant noodles, the flavor of the meat, the sauce. I'm salivating for their Biang Biang noodle and I can't wait to go back and get more!! The amount of heat was Perfect for me so if you love spicy food, you may need to add more chili oil!
