The staff was impeccable!
They were all professionally uniformed and at their stations working. No slacking, no one on their phones, no playing around, no yelling or being loud. No music blasting from the kitchen.
Nathan, the manager, at my visit, was very professional and courteous.
I haven’t seen this much professionalism at a fast food restaurant in decades!

very frustrated did my order on the app and line was long so went inside and no one acknowledged me at the counter for over 5 minuets even after they looked at me. location Pleasanton Texas.

Always happen to be given almost half full or not enough fried in bag when in drive through or dine in. People are nice and accomadating to fill it up. Though i have to ask over and over
