1st, I do want to say… the Waffle Sunday was delicious!! I really wanted to like this place but the location/building needs to be cleaned. Overflowing trash can and dirty mop was the first thing we saw as we walked in. Floor needed a desperate cleaning/mopping. And the place needs more chairs if owner is expecting more customers. Owner was taking up two of the 6 chairs available… yet didn’t offer paying customers a seat. We had to ask. On that note… owner never greeted us, acknowledged us or even said BOO! Unfortunately for her, there are other ice cream locations on the islands with much better customer service and much cleaner facilities.
Such a cute little ice cream shop! Variety of flavors was great and prices were very fair considering we were in a touristy area. Fun outside seating with lights, tables, connect 4 and corn hole.
So good!!! They made the Elvis waffle into a sandwich for me: waffle, peanut butter, chocolate ice cream, and bananas. It was amazing! I hardly came up for air 😂
We visited here on the last day of our trip & the deserts were excellent. They could do a better job on keeping the place cleaner. As we walked in the walkway was pretty dirty as were the tables outside. Upon walking into the place the floor looked like it hadn’t been swept or mopped in week. Overall great deserts just needs to be a little cleaner.
I asked for two scoops n I got more lol. It was really good icecream too. 10/10 would recommend.
Ps: need to go poop after lol.
Great portions and prices!
Very friendly staff, good prices and tasty classic Blue Bell ice cream
Always fantastic
I really hate to give a bad review but we went today, yes it was packed. But one of the girls didn’t have gloves, was touching her face and under her lip. She didn’t wash her hands and started getting ice cream for the gentleman at the beginning of the line. Her hair was hanging above the ice cream containers and not in a hair net. I had to walk out at that point.
Website is not correct. Even though it has all of their identifying information, they do not sell handcrafted or dairy free.

Busy small space, great ice cream choices but expensive 5.00 for one scoop on a cone
Our first time trying Port A Creamery and so we were excited to add this to our experience but was extremely disappointed. We ordered a milkshake and hot fudge sundae - the milkshake was extremely runny, overmixed and like milk; the hot fudge sundae was overflowing and dripping everywhere. The lady helping us wrapped it in several napkins expressing she didn't know what happened to the sundae as spilling over. The staff was friendly but left us with a mess and waste of $18.
Our family of 5 enjoyed excellent Ice Cream at the Creamery this week! Fast and friendly service, excellent ice cream and was the perfect cap to our day!
We went here 3 days in one week! Safe to say we loved it! Everyone here was super nice! The banana split was huge! I 100% recommend this place!
