Five members of our family dined at the restaurant last Sunday evening (May 25th). Two of us had the firecracker tenderloin medallions stuffed with peppers and cheese. One the flounder and others the coconut shrimp. Food was fantastic. Tommie, our waiter, was the best. His knowledge of the menu and wine list was amazing. The chocolate cake a La mode was a perfect finale to a great dining experience. Would highly recommend this incredible restaurant.
The most romantic and serene and casual fine dining on the island! We adore Roosevelts and eating inside or on the patio, it’s just a treat, especially if there’s a clear sky for the gorgeous sunset in their courtyard. Live music on some evenings and DELISH martini with HAND STUFFED BLUE CHEESE OLIVE. it’s just such a destination on this Texas ‘island’. Treat yourself to dinner, or even their yummy breakfast! Roosevelts is one of our very favorites!
Not fine food like they state, we ordered a couple of simple plates and they failed to prepare well, my Pork Chop was hard as a tire and too much salt and my wife's pasta with vegetales was bad too, anyway I would say don't waiste your time, they are going to charge you like if the food was actually good...
