The Arby’s in port Arthur tx is horrible the employees are extremely rude. The manager stares you down with a mean glare if u complain because your food wasn’t correct. They wouldn’t remake my sandwich.The employees turn around and yell and cuss at each other not caring who hears it. It seems more like the customer is a burden to them when you pull up. They always want you to pull around and wait on your food for 20 mins even if they aren’t busy and no one is behind you...read full review
Went there today and spent money on the brisket sandwich that sandwich did not live up to the hype as shown on the commercial and as shown on the menu. The. Sanwhich was flat. The brisket was very poorly sliced for a sandwich. What kind of season is used for thd curly fries they had a peppery type flavor going on. Far as the salad goes I could of made a better salad at the house. Overall I could of made a better salad at the house. And smoked a brisket out side or in a slow cooker...read full review
