The owners really need to take a close look at who they hire. It makes no sense: one day I go in and they charge me $5; another day I get the exact same thing and they charge me $7. And it’s not just me—several people I know have told me the same thing happens to them. The employees just charge whatever they feel like charging.

Cashier isn't very friendly or business- like at all and that is bad for customers who appreciate good customer service. She didn't smile or greet me as a customer, didn't tell me how much the items were that I was purchasing (I do not recall seeing a menu and it's been a long time since I had visited a happy donuts), and she never told me my total. Horrible customer service overshadows the food quality. Also, they should do something about either the location or the parking. It's very dangerous.

I just went and bought a kolache a water and a orange juice I gave her a $20 and she gave me back $2 so meaning she took the rest of my change I then went inside and asked where the rest of my change was cause its impossible for it to be more then what she took and once I went inside she instantly knew and I asked her for the rest of my change and she pulled the money from the bottom of the counter not from inside the cash register sad that she was trying to keep the money hire better workers!
