Also i feel that the Waitress at the Burlington NJ location is kind and welcoming to me & my husband who are older. We appreciate how she talks about new items to try. I will definitely request her area to sit since she is full time waitress
Jocelyns and Joseph was very pleasant and attentive.

IHOP is a great spot to visit, especially with kids. They offer a kid-friendly menu and a special deal of kids eating free from 4pm to 10pm. The service is fast and friendly, with attentive staff like Liz and Jala who go the extra mile to make customers happy. The restaurant is clean, and the food is good, making it a nice place for families. Diners can enjoy their delicious Tres leches pancakes and find plenty of parking spaces. While some customers have mentioned minor issues with orders and wait times, the overall experience has been positive. Many appreciate the rewards program that helps during tough times. The atmosphere is decent, with suggestions for more decor to enhance the dining experience. Despite a few hiccups, customers feel that the staff treats everyone with respect, making it a welcoming place to eat.
