Tacos were very stale. Had to pull around and wait,then they forgot to bring the Jumbo jack out, duh! And oh yeah, they tried to keep my $10 change.

They no longer toast the bread for sour dough jacks. Put your tacos upside down in the bag so they fall out after making you wait almost half an hour for your order of a few things. That is after the girl at the counter gets off her phone while you stand in front of her for over 3 minutes.The time before I went I waited 10 minutes at the speaker in the drive through. I went to the window and I was told they were in shift change. They refused to do anything but sit in the lobby.And before Mgmt says they are sorry to hear this and to reach out, I have and NO response.Clearly you cannot manage this business hence all the problems you are having and complaints and bad reviews.UPDATE: The sorry for your experience reply is a default response and more than likely automated. 3 times now in over 3 months Ive reached out to the website in the reply and NO contact has been attempted.Boycot this location. They obviously do not care about customer service or the goods they offer. The food will make someone sick because it is not prepared correctly and maybe a lawsuit will finally shut them down to avoid harming anyone and not have to put up with the rudeness they offer.

The lobby was closed with 6 workers that we counted we were in line for a out 40 minutes for an online order then told to pull to the front and we waited 20 more minutes while a manager and 2 workers were outside on the phone and smoking cigarettes and this happens Everytime we go there something has to give and I have pictures to prove it

Everytime I get food on the app, I get to the drive through and they are always out of the limited time food. Then they always try to substitute less than equal valued amount of tacos to make up for it.Not only this issue but there is often just one person working... Even closes randomly in the middle of business hours.Food is okay IF and WHEN I can get it.

I made an app order at this location 11/15 at 0651 and when I got there, no one was there even though this is a 24 hour location. I have been calling all the local locations to speak with someone and nobody answers the phone. This is a regular occurrence and this company has no customer service number to call. The last time I had to go through Twitter to get a refund. If they were not open I should have not been able to order through the app.
