There was only 1 person there and he walked out just before I was able to get my food after I ordered online, apparently it's a reoccurring issue at this jack in the box for more than a year, they should really just close this place if no one is going to
The lobby was closed with 6 workers that we counted we were in line for a out 40 minutes for an online order then told to pull to the front and we waited 20 more minutes while a manager and 2 workers were outside on the phone and smoking cigarettes and this happens Everytime we go there something has to give and I have pictures to prove it

They no longer toast the bread for sour dough jacks. Put your tacos upside down in the bag so they fall out after making you wait almost half an hour for your order of a few things. That is after the girl at the counter gets off her phone while you stand in front of her for over 3 minutes.The time before I went I waited 10 minutes at the speaker in the drive through. I went to the window and I was told they were in shift change. They refused to do anything but sit in the lobby.And...read full review
