Most of my interactions with this company has been positive. They have the best glazed donuts ever. I could eat them hot or cold. I love their iced coffee. My only suggestion is maybe write down the order. The lady at the window tries to remember your order by memory only. This is a recipe for disaster. She left off some donuts I asked for. Everyone makes mistakes. We are human. To prevent this happening, write down the order. 💙
