I recently placed a call-in order at Luby's, and my initial interaction with the person who answered the phone left something to be desired. They seemed a bit short and, dare I say, somewhat rude. Liver tough and lots of gristle. Mashed potatoes with white gravy very good. Mustard greens very good. Strawberry pie wasn't pie., it was cake in a parfait dish but good. Servers and dining room staff great.Vegetarian options: Mustard greens very good

Customer service was terrible. Went to drive thru waited 5 minutes no one answered. Went on inside stated that it must not be working. A very rude and argument sever said it was working. They need to improve their attitudes. Not going back again!!!! Got my food and left.
