Sonic Drive-In has a great atmosphere and a pleasant crew at the Twin City location, where the new manager runs the place efficiently. The food is fresh, and the carhops are friendly and professional. However, the Memorial Blvd location in Port Arthur has had issues with wrong orders, old and lukewarm food, and unprofessional management.
