The Twin City location was A1!!!Food was very fresh and carhop was very pleasant.Memorial Blvd, Port Arthur...The AA male manager with the dreads is the best example of how to keep a business down and totally unprofessional.Order was wrong. Most days I start my morning with a Large water from Sonic on Twin City, Lots of those days a beautiful young lady, who is usually on roller skates named Lauren comes to greet me with a huge smile and a joyous heart. Last night her father passed away but today she still came out to greet me with her same sparkling smile and kind words, as she explained to me crying all day wouldn’t help anything so she planned to celebrate the great life he lived. The new manager at the Twin City location is awesome and Joi was the absolute sweetest! They always had a smile and are very professional! I have been here before and had very bad experiences. I’m so glad they finally hired a great staff. It definitely shows!
