Mc Donald's on Twin City Hwy Port Arthur said they did and did not provide napkins, ketchup, or a straw for my drink.
The new set up is terrible. Employee more worried about their conversations then actually working.
They made me pull up so they looked more efficient in the drive thru time and no cars behind me.fries tasted like old grease and fish sandwich was messi, and bread was not soft.

McDonald's is a restaurant with friendly staff, despite some inconsistencies in custom orders. While orders may not always be fulfilled as requested, the staff is quick to bring out food, even during busy periods. Food quality can vary, with some items, such as fries and nuggets, potentially being old or cold. On the other hand, some items, like cookies, can be warm and freshly baked. The restaurant's Mocha Frappes are a highlight, and the location is known for its friendly and organized service, even during peak hours.
